Safeguarding & Welfare Policy

English in Scarborough is committed to providing a safe environment for all students, especially those under 18. All staff undergo appropriate checks and training, and safeguarding procedures are in place.

Complaints Procedure

Students or agents may submit complaints to Student Services. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and resolved within 15. If unresolved, cases may be escalated to the Director of Studies or external bodies.
